• Afternoon meetings with organizers and friends who wish to gather early (if you have not made arrangements already, call +39-334-731-7663 to see where we are)
• 20:00 - Pizza at Cantina Fredda with organizers and friends arriving early (reservation is required, so please register or otherwise contact us)

Saturday, July 7, 2007 (registration required):

• 08:50 - Event bus departs from Hotel President
• 08:55 - Event bus departs from Udine Teatro Nuovo parking lot
• 09:00 - Event bus departs from Piazza Primo Maggio
• 09:00-19:00 - See Conference and Competitions
• 19:00 - Bus returns to original departure locations
• 20:30 - Banquet at Vecchio Stallo

Sunday, July 8, 2007 (preliminary):

• 11:00 - Meeting in Tarvisio (Alps region north of Udine, time and location to be determined in more detail)
• 14:00 - Cellphone throwing competition in the Alps
• To be decided - Dinner/evening sightseeing in downtown Udine

Monday, July 9, 2007:

• Guided sightseeing visits, to be decided based on individual interests (e.g. Trieste, Palmanova, boat trip, etc.), also see Other Events

Saturday-Sunday, September 22-23, 2007:

• We are meeting again on September 22-23 in Empoli (between Florence and Pisa, in cooperation with Pianeta Amiga)

Demo competitions:

• The demo competitions have been adjourned in order to avoid a date conflict with another event. More detailed information to follow soon. This does not otherwise affect the rest of the July event.

All activities are open to everybody. We only ask that you please register in order to participate in competitions and competition voting, and to allow us to make appropriate reservations and plans. "Doors open" and "doors close" are a reference to the general public (visitors, etc.) If you plan to stay overnight you are welcome to do so (at the hotel, or sleepovers are also possible).
