Exhibit

Recent hardware and software developments were supported by friendly and highly-qualified people who were ready to answer the public's questions.

  • Numerous exhibitors (including Virtual Works and Soft3), users and user groups featured AmigaOne and Micro A1 computers (running AmigaOS 4.0, GNU/Linux and Mac OS)
  • The version of AmigaOS 4.0 shown at Codex Alpe Adria featured some new modules, including a kernel with Altivec support, a PowerPC version of graphics.library, Picasso96, MUI and Radeon driver, USB drivers for mouse, keyboard and storage, UBoot 1.1.1, and new Second-Level Boot Loader (SLB)
  • Cloanto showed an experimental version of Amiga Forever featuring KX Light with v. 2.6 kernel, and Amiga Explorer and Catweasel Amiga-PC connectivity solutions
  • Christian Celona of yellowTab presented the latest version (3.0.1) of Zeta (the BeOS successor), running on both a Nimble V5 and on a notebook
  • Max Tretene of Soft3 presented the C-One with the latest core, configured both as a Commodore C64 and as a Schneider CPC
  • Mauro Nardotto and Andrea Maniero demonstrated their Pegasos II with MorphOS v. 1.4.2
